Mayvun Arc is our name.
Mayvun is a play on the word “maven” which refers to one who is experienced or knowledgeable.
An arc is a smooth curve joining two dots, almost always part of a circle and is representative of a path or journey.
And our logo is a Circumzenithal Arc, which is essentially an up-side-down rainbow!
Known as a ‘smile in the sky’, it is a third of a circle, part of the halo family, and the phenomenon can only occur when light enters hexagonal ice crystals at a certain angle.
Rainbows signify hope and promise and are intended to bring good luck. Rainbows also represent inclusivity, diversity, and unity.
Like rainbows, Circumzenithal Arcs require special conditions to form, and so too did Mayvun Arc.
After a combined 35+ years’ experience working in the staffing and recruitment industry across the globe, our timing was in sync to invest in our own consultancy, where synergistic relationships are key.
